Apply for a Grant

GLF WELCOMES PROPOSALS FROM NONPROFITS SERVING THE GREATER LEWES AREA. 

1Deadline:
Nonprofit organizations that support the GLF mission to “maintain and improve the quality of life in the Greater Lewes region” can submit a grant application as late as Sept. 30.

Applications will be reviewed by the Foundation Board of Directors at GLF’s fall meeting and grants will be announced soon afterwards.

Criteria:
The Greater Lewes Foundation typically makes grants in the $500 – $1,000 range to nonprofit organizations in the 19958 zip code area, and others that serve Lewes-area residents.

Grant requests should include a brief description of your project and specific need, the amount requested, total project cost, other sources of expected funding and an explanation of how this will benefit the Lewes area.
